Customer service is terrible & unreasonable! Charged me a freaking a fee just because my compromised credit card has to be replaced with a new one. They will not be in business long!
Worst electric company ever! They charge you $5 if you need to speak to someone about a problem with your bill. They were charging me a late fee every month until I started mailing the payment the same day I got the bill, because mailing the payment a week ahead of the due date, although fine for every other utility I've ever used, made Hino charge me a late fee.
