Hugely unhappy with Hino. Especially AL the General manager! Corporate muscle used when it suits. Hino values are "care for all" and "win together" but not in our case. We had 2 trucks with our name on them. ready for new builds. Hino salesman asked to sell 1 as they where waiting in stock, second one find out Dec 23 is sold also. Hino say they communicated this, I can't find any evidence of comms to give permission for this, have asked for evidence of emails which they say they have but no cigar so far.
