Not user family. I have been dealing with Hino from 2010 and have not gotten a discount on even open parts

I would like to start by saying that I have been a Hino customer for 24 years and own 7 Hino's currently. I have to say that the front of the house staff are fantastic and helpful every time I have gone there, but their head office policies is another story. They call themselves a training facility and use mostly apprentices and don't seem to have enough red seal mechanics to check on the work that has been done.
