I had a great experience at Hino Calgary thanks to the Mackenzi and Edward at the front counter. Both are incredibly friendly and have great customer service. I really appreciated their assistance and patience.
Worst customer service ever had they provided a wrong part which doesn’t fit in my truck tried to return it and refused and advice to sell it on eBay but we are not returning the part!!!! Parts is worth $530 never buying staff again for the fleet better get it shipped from other places
Today I got my Hino truck serviced at Hino central Calgary location, they are very friendly and provided specialized service. I appreciate all the employees there specially Mackenzie Spencer she is sweet.
Absolutely horrible customer service, even with the vin # can't supply the proper parts. Twice I had to physically bring the part to the store for match up. I'm in the market for a truck and I can tell you what brand I won't be buying !! Parts person on Saturday had no clue about his job.
