Today I got my Hino truck serviced at Hino central Calgary location, they are very friendly and provided specialized service. I appreciate all the employees there specially Mackenzie Spencer she is sweet.
Absolutely horrible customer service, even with the vin # can't supply the proper parts. Twice I had to physically bring the part to the store for match up. I'm in the market for a truck and I can tell you what brand I won't be buying !! Parts person on Saturday had no clue about his job.
Glen Halina is top notch at Hino Central Calgary, goes above and beyond to serve his customers the right way. It’s worth speaking to him whether looking for new or used. Highly recommend
