Hired HH&K for assistance during the closing process on my new home. The attorney who assisted on the day of closing was very competent, but communication and follow through up until that point was severely lacking. Several self-imposed deadlines were missed, and a month and 10 days passed between our clear to close, and closing. Never heard back from them........ they were supposedly verify if there was a conflict of interest.

Parking next to building and they validate your ticket. Used them for handling real estate transactions. Get the work done. Sometimes can have delayed messaging but are always prompt if you call the office. Not too expensive. Recommend.
