We were with Dr Hinman his entire career so when he retired we were nervous.But Alyssa and the crew have done a great job of making us feel comfortable. Alyssa is super easy to talk to and really cares!
Nurse practitioner Alyssa is very caring and thorough. I feel like I'm being heard when I talk to her. The rest of the staff is great as well.
Great Dr and staff and really appreciate being able to actually talk to real people in a timely manner.
Won't be going back. Their referrals don't call you back and if you want to get your blood cleaned, they won't give you a referral to get it done.
They charged $40 without telling me for a visit from me and my wife when it was supposed to be free through the insurance for our first 2 visits a year. After I called them to let them know the error they showed a lack of care about the issue and didn't want to give the money back. They have also gotten in the habit of forcing us to go back in for appointments for previously diagnosed issues.
