I showed up at 2:05 for my appt at 2. Went to the wrong building so I was a little late. There was a lady in front of me figuring out an issue, so I stood in line until 2:07. They went to check me in and said they had to reschedule me because 7 minutes late is too late. Ridiculous.
Classic! Called month ago to book an appointment- told them I was a Medicare patient- no issue! Texted both front and back of insurance card(Medicare)- no issue! Showed up for appointment today- doctor doesn't take Medicare!! Amazingly poor customer service! Said they tried to contact me- NOPE! Absolutely disgraceful!! Alyssa is amazing! She is so kind, caring and very thorough. She gets you to go to the specialists you might want to avoid in a very helpful and nurturing way. I highly recommend her. I drive a long distance to see her.

This review is for Dr. VanWyk. I found her dismissive of my concerns, offering below the bare minimum bloodwork that should have been given to me. She offered no real explanation for my symptoms, but made it incredibly difficult to get any further testing - even basic tests like Vitamin D and Ferritin or Iron (with a history of anemia and in the middle of endurance training.)
