Great Dr and staff and really appreciate being able to actually talk to real people in a timely manner.
Won't be going back. Their referrals don't call you back and if you want to get your blood cleaned, they won't give you a referral to get it done.
They charged $40 without telling me for a visit from me and my wife when it was supposed to be free through the insurance for our first 2 visits a year. After I called them to let them know the error they showed a lack of care about the issue and didn't want to give the money back. They have also gotten in the habit of forcing us to go back in for appointments for previously diagnosed issues. My wife was diagnosed with essential tremors and they recommended propranolol, but at the time my wife wasn't willing to take medicati... read more
Horrible communication. They didn't tell me what tests they needed so I didn't come prepared. Then when I come for a visit for some new medication they give me a card with their email and told me "just email us if you have any questions"... I started having side effects that are hard to deal with and I don't know if I should keep taking medication or taper off because they won't get back to me. I just feel hung out to dry in my time of need. One of the nurses is very callously oblivious- from not really caring when I had a p... read more
