I came across this practice while searching for a therapist, and one of the owner’s public responses to a negative review was enough to make me rule this office out completely. The reviewer’s post was vague, but the response from the practice went into alleged details from “our session,” discussed the reviewer’s marriage and behavior, and publicly described her as severely mentally ill and delusional.
