Clearly all these reviews are by family and friends because the service at Hingham oil is horrible at best. I called to set up service, gave my info, credit card information and had a delivery schedule the next day. I’m out of town for 3 months and thank god my in laws checked on my house and let me know that NO oil was ever delivered and no service was ever set up. I recently called Hingham Oil and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The woman who answered the phone was rude, impatient, and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me with my inquiry, they responded with an attitude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. She was screaming at me over the phone. Customer service should be about helping and respecting customers, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope management addresses this issue and provides proper training to their staff.
