Most responsive utility I've ever encountered. When the power goes out (it rarely does) there is a human on the other end of the phone day or night, and they are ON IT. On another occasion we had a recurring brown-out issue: they came out immediately and resolved it in one visit, free of charge.
The team came over as our meter was not working. The disconnected it and found that it was overheating. They recommended some work to be done by our electrician who was able to fix it right away. Great service. Nice people. Thank you.
Great service, better rates, and a model for town owned utility. Every town around us with privately owned utilities is dark today and schools are cancelled due to power outage, but Hingham is up and running. Thanks for all the great work, it is appreciated.
Keep up the terrific work!! This is something the town should be very proud of, given your exemplary service and much lower rates compared to private-utility-served communities. Terrible people to deal with. Lease ended. Called and wanted to stop service. Service was never stopped.
