This place has TERRIBLE customer service. If you can try to go with the other glass company in town. This company provides misleading and just completely wrong information regarding orders to their customers. I'm not sure if its because the ladies that work the front desk are elderly and they sometimes come off as confused. One lady told my husband that the order would be on a emergency order and they would try to have it in within 3 days, then weeks later we are told that no matter what its a 7-10 day turn around... really?... read more
very expensive, much higher than the other place in town... the the nicest CSR either, what ever happened to customer service?
