Heather's Stress Relief Yoga Class - I look forward to this class each and every week! I leave feeling energized and relaxed, neither of which I feel on a normal basis. Heather really listens to those in the class and changes the poses and offers alternatives to help each person achieve the level that is best for them. The only complaint is that she only offers the class once a week!
The one thing I asked for this Christmas was a trip to the spa...this experience did not disappoint. Rebecca was amazing with every service I received and informative as well. Definitely know what I'm asking for this Valentine's Day. If I could give 10 stars I would. Absolutely will recommend to anyone. �

I come to HDS about once every 4 months.EVERYTIME i've had a WONDERFUL experience!! Today I was VERY stressed.Shelia was my massage therepists! She made me feel so relaxed,and I could feel her experience! She's very nice and knowledgable on massage!! They also gave me a complimantery hand/ foot paraffin wax!! I love this place! If you've never given them a try,i highly recommend HDS!!!
