Don't hear anything good about these folks in this town. When we purchased our home there was no community mailbox for our street. Several other homes had been occupied for a couple years without this mailbox. We were forced to file a complaint with the city in order to force the developer to install the required community mailbox. He then charged us $75 for the mailbox keys!
