My appointment was awesome as always, just very disappointed when I found out I could not get my glasses because the doctor that took my insurance is no longer there.

I was sent to HineSight Vision Care for scleral lenses dealing with Keratoconus by my previous doctor. I loved it so I switch doctors! Dr.Nettie Hines and her staff are so nice and patient. They really take the time to make you feel comfortable and make sure you understand. Dr.Nettie Hines and her staff does something that’s rare in these days and times and that’s listen and care! You have a new patient in me Dr.Nettie!
Great experience! Friendly, knowledgeable and competent staff (that is a rare experience these days!!!) Dr. Hines is an excellent practitioner and the Jackson area is lucky to have her expertise.
