Hines has refused to accept delivery of cabinets they ordered. I picked up a load of cabinets in Texas to deliver in Schaumburg illinois. They refused to unload. This has cost me no less than $ 4,600.00 . Load now has to be taken back to Texas at my expense . In the future I will refuse and advise other drivers to refuse any deliveries to Hines . This was irresponsible and unprofessional. One star rating is one star too many .
