Just about every employee needs to attend customer service training. They always answer the phone with "scheduling" without saying who they are, where they work, etc. When asked there first name they either hang up or reply reluctantly. Anonymity is not the game with scheduling. Please have each employee attend customer service training and be monitored by management.
One star is WAY TOO generous. Despite claiming to “serve those who have served” the only people being served are the staff that act like elitists and act like you are a nuisance to them. From a bathroom urinal that has been under repair for over a year, to constant elevator outages, to doctors who botch medical procedures or simply tell the Veteran they only applied for the job because they thought it would be easy. Rude receptionist are disrespectful! The palimary and urologist practices medical malpractice. The violate A.D.A laws. The Woman doctors and medical professionals have no self respect. The Hines VA Hospital in Hines Illinois is always there for me. My Doctor at the Oak Lawn clinic is great. I have always received great care from the folks at Hines and the Oak Lawn Illinois clinic. I would also like to say thanks to all the nurses that work on the 10th floor at Hines. I was kept there for 48 hours observation last year due to my COPD acting up. Abysmal. I've been treated horribly, had multiple billing issues, and big surprise getting ahold of anyone is like pulling teeth.
