BLUF: The lady at the check-in desk is rude and seems to hate being there. ■This location is slightly hidden, so keep going down the hill towards the large lot ■Plenty of parking ■Doorway is clearly marked ■Got in for the first time and had an immediate reaction of "this is why my friend killed himself" from the front desk alone. It honestly feels like the people working this center don’t care one hoot about their veterans. I am at risk for an ectopic pregnancy, something they know very well, and they refused to allow me serial hCG testing. They also assured me that for the ONE lab they did get me in for, I’d have the results 24 hours later. I’ve called three times for my results and am now being told I’ll have them in 1-3 business days. Why should I wait 1-3 business days to find out if this pregnancy is healthy or not? We were referred to this office by VNA clinic to see a hematologist and we told the front desk people that we're self-pay. Took us to a room after 20min of waiting, wait another 15 minutes, only to be seen a "student doctor" at least that's what he called himself. He kept asking us questions then he'll leave the room and he did this for quite a few times and then ended up giving us otc prescription for iron pills with a wrong first name on the prescription.
