Very impressed with communication and great work! I had an axle issue on a livestock trailer called on Sunday evening. He answered the phone told me to drop off trailer that evening Said it would be a day or two. Called me the next morning gave me a quote. He had a trailer fixed quickly. I picked it up on Friday drove over a 1000 miles everything was perfect. Great customer service! Need more places like this!
Good work
Took my 16 ft flatbed for a complete rewire and light upgrade to LEDs. Hines trailer did a phenomenal, very professional job! Also was able to find a wiring issue with my truck and fixed that. Will be doing business with again!
Had a leaf spring in our large single axle trailer grill break as we entered Des Moines. Called Hines and they were able to replace and have us back on the road in no time. Amazing service!!
