When you order new windows from Hines, make sure your salesman is professional and know how to measure. We were replacing old windows here through our contractor who work with Dave. Dave came to our house and measured all our 11 windows and every 11 windows he measured were 4” short and 1 of the window is 3” wider and 4” shorter and our contractor installed them, cut our crown molding and floor trim to be able to install that window. Fast unload for flatbed….. overnight park on street…. Start at 7am…. Sometimes allow them some time to get there delivery trucks outta there right away in the morning!
Sales could be more helpful to homeowners trying to avoid the big box stores.
