I agree with some of the other clients the staff that answered the phone is very unprofessional and rude and they are rude and are not friendly at all and gives his law firm a bad reputation and they cut off and send paperwork in the mail and doesn’t explain it to you or don’t give you a understanding I really don’t want to give a rating

I hired Hines Norman Hines to handle a standard probate administration for my late father’s estate. It was one of the most frustrating experiences during an already painful time for my family. We worked briefly with the Hines team and Jillian Rivera (not jullian) lol, I would highly recommend Jillian to take care of you and help you with your case. Jillian went above and beyond for my daughter and even updated us past her bedtime 9:30 pm to ensure we were updated on our case! Couldn’t be happier with the help, kindness, and care we received!
