I contacted Hines on Sunday via text and got a reply on Monday. Great. Setup a time to have them come look at my RV air conditioning for Wednesday. Awesome. Wednesday came and at the appointment time got a text they had an issue and were broken down. No problem because they said Thursday would work. Ok cool. Thursday came and I sent a text in the morning to find out the time. No reply. I called a couple times close to when the appointment time was the previous day. I sent some more texts. Andre goes above and beyond for his customers. He is very knowledgeable, and actually fixes the issues (not just put a bandaid over it.) Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend!!
We had great experiences with this company historically so we had Hines come out to look at our car in mid-September. He assured us that he could handle the make/model and fix the air. He got the part ordered and had the vehicle over night. Upon pickup it appears the issue was fixed so we paid the bill. The air went out again about a week later and he said it was a part issue. I contacted Andre to have him inspect a new used vehicle recently purchased for my new teen driver. Andre was great to work with, made honest recommendations on what needed to be done (and what didn't need to be done), and was able to complete the work at the same appointment. Andre did amazing work at a very fair rate. I would definitely recommend Andre and will be using his services in the future.
