These guys are very good, they are doing ground work around my house as I write this and we couldn't be more pleased with the work they are doing, very knowledgeable and efficient, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hines for any outdoor projects that you need done. I engaged Hines to replace the sewer line from my 200 year old house. Every aspect of my interaction with them and the service they provided was as good as I could hope for (and I’m a critical person). I called to get a quote on a Monday. Mr. Hines came to my home on the same day. Wednesday Mr. Hines and his crew were at my home starting the project. They finished the same day. I was especially pleased when I saw Mr. Hines doing the same work as his employees. I 100% recommend Hines Ground Service and will absolutely do business with them again. I hired Hines Ground Service to do some ground work as well as a concrete slab in Orland. This was a bit of a challenging job, as we were tying a new handicap accessible master bed/bath into an existing building and the floors needed to come together exactly at the same height.
