Dr Hines and her associates have, by far, THE WORST BEDSIDE MANNER I have ever whitenessed! From the elderly blonde assistant to Dr Hines herself these people are RUDE, CONDESCENDING, and overall HORRIBLE!! Dr. Hines is the definition of someone with a chip on her shoulder.
