Disgusting company. Nobody picks up the phone, it is impossible to get in touch with people in charge in time, despite both patient and doctor's office attempting to get surgery approved. Sad that they're still in business because clearly they are doing something wrong.
I would also give 0 stars if possible. I have the same complaint as everyone else. They dont do their job in a timely manner. My daughter 's procedure was canceled due to a lack on Hines and Associates part. They never returned calls to my docs office and said they called me, but I didnt have a missed call or voicemail from them.
If I could go 0 stars I would. They do not return calls, the hospital faxed in authorization as requested but nothing has been done. Our insurance says the treatment should be covered but Hines does not act promptly. Junk company.
My interaction with Hines on several occasions has been top notch.
