Dropped my glasses off for a simple arm repair, said they could do it themselves but would wait for optometrist just incase I needed adjustments. Then they close the doors for the “foreseeable” future due to the optometrist having Covid. I’m sorry to hear about that but they could’ve at least contacted me and gave me the option to pick up my glasses, even if they were still broken, before they decided to close. I purchased glass on February 17/23 paid in full $590.00 my glass were to be ready in 3wks. I have been unable to contact Hindsight 20/20 for a week, drove to the store which has a sign posted closed to covid no date on sign I again drove over to the store this week sign still posted I have called message is mail box full I have sent an email to business address no respond I am now filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau . Ordered and paid $800 Feb 22 for glasses, now the store is closed and answering machine is full.

With sales assistance I selected a pair of glasses. I was having progressives made as my previous glasses from 3 for 1. After receiving them and feeling they were not right I went in. I learned that the frame I selected did not allow enough room for each of the three progressive lenses. I have no idea why this information was not provided to me at the time I was looking and purchasing the Glasses They suggested I use my old glasses for the computer. What 1 person gets sick and you can't keep a receptionist to call people or give people part orders. No you close shop no word to anyone. Worst service ever you have no idea what good customer service is. You could have updated your website and voicemail as well as kept a receptionist you do nothing but make people guess. Or stop by your darn store to figure out what's going on. Absolutely ridiculous.
