Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. I had several things that needed installing for a carport and back deck upgrade — including a home battery/EV charger, jacuzzi, mutz lights, and aircon condenser. Job took two days, Scott was on time both days, and gave great advice about modifications and ways to curve electricity usage. He's a great all-rounder who can handle any job.
Terrible. Terrible. Arrogant, rude and never responds. Is given contact information, ignores it and calls the wrong person on a Friday at 4.30pm to arrange a Monday installation (two times). Then re-books the installation for 12 months later. Is given the contact information six times via text and ignores and never responds then hangs up on you after telling you he's too busy to call the right number/person given. Avoid
Scott installed our induction cooktop recently through The Good Guys Home Services and was excellent. Knowledgable, skilled, and great to deal with. Scott contacted me prior to check details of the install, attended when scheduled, did a great job. Very happy and would recommend!
Scott's a really friendly and helpful guy. He found, explained, and resolved some unexpected issues with the job due to an old renovation. I'd highly recommend him to anyone I know.
Quick, friendly and tidy. Installed new oven and removed the old. Kept me informed of expected arrival time and explained the work to be carried out. Answered all of my questions. Scott even set the the correct time on the oven.
