I post this review reluctantly, but I do so to warn others. JR provided good service initially. However, he did make truthful statements about submitting insurance applications for our family. When we discovered from the carrier that he had not submitted our health insurance applications like he said, then he failed to return any messages to us for over 10 days (after repeated voicemails, text messages, and email messages) - though he was able to check-in on Facebook at a bar for a football game.
