Aware I probably had a throat infection (had completely lost my voice) and needed antibiotics, I drove to the closest doctor at the Medical Centre as a walk-in. I was told it would be a 1 hour wait which was very reasonable. After 3 hours I asked how much longer and was told not long. Another hour later, the receptionist came to me to say they couldn't see me at all as they were so busy. There was one other patient in the room and all 4 doctors were on a lunch break together.
