The staff are always pleasant, friendly and informative. I feel comfortable and supported each time I go and on leaving. Thank you to all.
They told us it would be a 10 minute wait initially. We were the only patients in the waiting room. They then proceeded to see every other patient that walked through the doors before us and we ended up having to wait lover an hour. Apparently, the private patients take priority over the public patients. Waste of our time.
Is it reasonable that a doctor in such a well-presented clinic would not even receive you properly? It is truly disgraceful. I visited a clinic where the Malaysian doctor was extremely poor in attitude, unwelcoming, unresponsive, and purely commercial in his approach, as if I owed him the consultation fee. Such arrogant behavior should not be tolerated. He was neither respectful nor polite, and he did not listen carefully. The entire consultation lasted only five minutes, yet I was charged AUD $145. Excellent clinic with caring doctors, nurses and staff. Now providing Priority Care (urgent care) which is another great aspect. Skin checks, allied health and a psychologist for both adults and children on site. Conveniently located with a chemist, pathology collection and imaging provided on the ground floor. I love my GP
