I went from Adelaide royal hospital to have proscription for pain relief And they help the doctor and staff were very nice
Excellent clinic with caring doctors, nurses and staff. Now providing Priority Care (urgent care) which is another great aspect. Skin checks, allied health and a psychologist for both adults and children on site. Conveniently located with a chemist, pathology collection and imaging downstairs. I love my GP ❤️
We were referred here by the WCH Virtual Team. Upon arrival staff at reception shrugged their shoulders at us when we presented and told them that we were sent here by the hospital staff. Receptionist said they couldn’t help us and we needed to contact the WCH ourselves. Then they ignored us and proceeded to talk among themselves about someone’s birthday morning tea and that they had quiches in the oven warming. No care for a patient referred by the WCH or to further assist them. Pathetic customer service.
