Truly, the experience was a 10/10 and the staff is so incredibly kind and take the time to explain and answer any questions. I felt like they really considered me as an individual and what my needs were and how they could best accommodate. The experience was not daunting and I've shared my experience with others.
I went in for a hearing test since hearing issues run in my family and I wanted to just get checked out to make sure I wasn’t showing signs of hearing loss yet. The staff at the front were very nice and helpful with scheduling and any questions I had. Laurie was very kind and professional and we got my hearing test done in a timely fashion. I took my Mom to Hinderliter Hearing Services for a hearing test and a hearing aid fitting. Both visits were awesome! The front desk staff were welcoming and the audiologist, Sean, was very nice and thorough. He explained everything in great detail! I would highly recommend!

I have been wearing hearing aids since 2013. Both ears are bad but the right is much worse than the left in terms of word recognition. I might qualify (for Medicare coverage) for a cochlear implant on the right side. Hinderliter Hearing, in particular Kristin Hinderliter, was recommended to me by long-time friends.
