I am actually on Facebook now trying to find a contact person other than the person we have been dealing with for custom tri wear. Through a series of admitted errors on the part of Hincapie custom sportswear the clothing that we ordered in January and finalized in March still have not been delivered in full. I do not usually do this, but the customer service was so bad I thought I would pass it on as an FYI. My wife bought a pair of Hincapie gloves to use for commuting in to work. After three days of use they were shredded and worn thru. When she contacted Hincapie sports she was told quote" I have reviewed the pictures that you sent and the gloves are not defective.
