Very disappointing experience. My last visit was absolutely unacceptable. I did not feel that I received the level of care, attention, experience, or professionalism I expected from a doctor. Usman,,, What made the experience even worse was being charged $60.55 for an additional service without being informed beforehand that I would be charged extra. If you want a dismissive provider, this is who you would want to see. My niece went to see her and voiced her concerns and she basically said that my niece’s concerns werent something she was worried about and left my niece feeling unheard. Horrible experience and unfortunately with her insurance, we need a referral to see a specialist so wish us a best of luck trying to get that from dr. Usman.
