Dr. Usman is more than aware of your medical charts. She keep good records and she always inquire to know of new issues in changes with my health. Talking the Dr. Usman makes me aware that my care is in hands when visiting the Kelsey Westchase Campus. She is generally compassion about her craft and she gives me the impression that she has been a doctor for a very long time although she is fairly young. Dr. Usman is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. She listens to every concern, is very professional, and provides some of the best care. She is a patient adovcate and has always helped make sure I have the best care possible which includes running tests as she deems necessary. It's very easy to schedule appointments using the MyKelsey App and she has pretty open availability that makes her very accessible. The entire Kelsey Westchase Clinic has been easy to work with and always pleasant.

Ms. Usman, was not professional. She focused only on selling vaccines. She did my Well check without any "checks" She did not examine my ears, eyes, trout, abdomen, etc. Did not ask for my prostate and insist on ordering a Colonoscopy. She order Hepatitis B in the lab and now I have to pay $150. When lab results came, nobody called me to review them. Kelsey Clinic facilities are nice but was not efficient. I wont return again.
