Today I went in for an eyebrow, nose, and ear wax. When she put the wax on the bottom part of my right eyebrow, it went on my eyelashes. On top of this, she tried to blame me for not keeping my eyes closed. Getting wax on a customer’s eyelashes goes to show how unprofessional and inexperienced the worker is. Additionally, when it came to my nose and ear hair removal, I specifically pointed out in which areas I wanted the hair removed because I did not want a deep clean/wax, just a touch up.
