Very informative and thoughtful. Easy check-in and the entire staff from beginning to end were kind and patient.
To start, I am 100% pleased with Piedmont Physicians from employees at check in, to the nurse that gets your vitals, etc., to the wonderful lady that drew my blood painlessly, to check out. I had a virtual appointment scheduled with Dr. Durani, but it was canceled at the time of the visit due to a mistake made by the call center. When I called to get clarification, the medical assistant (Shantel/Shanel ) I spoke with was VERY unprofessional and rude. She hung up In my face and everything. She also became upset when I referred to her correctly as a medical assistant rather than an RN. An RN title requires additional schooling and training, so accuracy in job titles is important !!! especially in healthcare. The ... read more
