Okay, so just to be clear, the hairdresser, Connor, was very helpful and friendly and I thought he did a very good job with the haircut. However, the bald guy (steven I think) was unnecessarily rude and unhelpful, especially considering this was my first time seeing a barber to get my hair cut professionally. The owner does not value people’s time. I had an appointment scheduled for 12:40, but due to traffic, I arrived at 12:46. Despite there being no other customers, the owner and another individual were leisurely chatting and informed me that I was too late. They suggested I return at 3:30 if I still wanted to be seen.
