The last straw was today. The staff is incompetent and shortcit. I was even allowed a young med student to draw blood without supervision which, left my arm with a huge bruise. He was also allowed to gove another procedure that I'll not disclose. Turnover has been an issue apparently. The new assistant didn't even take my BP on one visit. Have never left a Doctors Office with such confidence and knowing my child was cared for with the upmost respect and that my parental concerns were heard. This morning we saw a new doctor for our daughters 6 month checkup and I highly recommend Dr. Brian Bowlin! He is fantastic at what he does, very respectful, very real life and 100% honest!
