Dr. Shaw has wonderful bedside manners. He is very accommodating, and knowledgeable.
Dr. H. Shah is very knowledgeable and thorough. He never makes you feel rushed. He really cares and takes his time. He answers questions honestly and sincerely especially on difficult subject matters. His response time to follow up questions is simply amazing. His assistant Yessenia in Montclair is THE BEST! This place is impossibly busy and (if you have sleep apnea) you will wait for weeks between appointments. First the consult, then pickup of the sleep study device, then consult with nurse, and then wait to get a CPAP machine. Meanwhile you're suffering from lack of sleep and the health hazards that go with it. This is some type of racket I'm sure.
