Dr. H. Shah expresses true interest in my welfare & has an excellent office (bedside) manner. He explains medical aspects of my care very well & answers questions with concern & caring. He is a “10”. The office receptionist, Carol, is a pleasure to work with. She is gentle, supportive, knowledgeable & efficient. She is familiar with me & many other patients, greeting many of us by name & having a true regard for our welfare. She does her job so well & stands out from other SH employees. Kudos to her!
