RecommendedIt was very relaxing. I had a sinus headache going in. After I left I took a nap at home and woke up with no headache and haven't had any sinus headaches since then (several weeks ago). The room is very quiet, so next time I will bring ear buds and listen to some music.
I stumbled upon this place yesterday and went in today to find out more about it. Heather is so sweet and gave me a tour of the place and she was very knowledgeable about all her products she sells. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does. I can’t wait to book mine and my husbands Himalayan salt session!
My kids and I love this place! It is so relaxing and helps us tremendously with our bad allergies.
Went today for the first time and it was great! It was so relaxing I could literally feel the negative energy leaving my body. Also I went to the Dr for ear pain after my plane ride home from my honeymoon, he said I had trama to my ear drums with trapped fluid in my ears. Been on decongestant meds for 2 weeks and for the first time in almost 3 weeks my ears are pain free!
Well I decided to go with Danielle today and I have very bad allergies and my nose hasn’t been this clear in a while and with the stress I have been having at work I feel a lot calmer at the current moment with everything and I had a very amazing day!
I was able to get in at last minute, and I can say I enjoyed it. I went in with sinus issues and when I left I was able to breathe good. I plan on returning soon.
My son had a sinus infection so bad you could smell it just standing next to him. I called the spa and even though it was a last minute thing they were very accommodating and fit him in. I swear 45 minutes later when he walked out you could literally smell the difference! He said he felt much better and could breath freely. I would definitely recommend a salt spa treatment as an alternative or adjunct therapy for any upper respiratory or sinus issues. #happyandhealthy
