I am extremely disappointed with this builder’s after-sales service and overall professionalism. I purchased a property in Mickleham in December 2025, and within less than 4 months, multiple issues have already arisen. The main problems we have experienced include: 1. An oversized flyscreen was left in the bathroom area. Because it was not the correct size, it could not be installed properly on the window. We recently visited the Himalaya Homes double-storey display home in Glen Waverley and honestly… wow. The moment we walked in, we were completely blown away by the design, the space, and the overall feel of the home. Everything looked so thoughtfully planned and beautifully finished.
