I would give this no stars if I had the option. I scheduled an appointment in May at the referral of my doctor and I find out through my doctor when they tried to send the labwork over that I didn’t have an appointment. I call this morning to confirm the morning of my appointment day (August) that it was cancelled. I had no phone call or email. I work in the medical field and would NEVER treat my patients like this! Save yourself the stress and find someone who actually cares.

Great Doctor (5 stars). Great Office Staff (5 Stars) but trying to call the Office or even get a message to them is impossible (0 Stars). I think it would be easier to call and speak directly to the President of the United States then anyone in the USMD System. I am setting up a USMD Portal, which I was only informed about after venting to one of the Answering Service Personnel (God Bless Her) and that takes up to 24 hours after your approved by the Portal Gate Keeper.
