I am a patient of Dr.Ravi. I have tried 5 days ago for a prescription for anti nausea medication, refill and antibiotic for UTI . Pharmacy states she denied them. I was not notified, checked on, .Of course office is closed. I'm very ill and am too old to drive .Very disappointed regarding professional attitudes. Will change PCP.
Dr. Ravi, nursing and office staff are always professional and friendly. I have to be in the office often for follow ups and I always get the very best care.
