I would not recommend Dr Hilz.
Dr. Hilz is very knowledgeable and effiecent. He gets to the point and listens to the problems. I have had in the past 3 months one medication prescription and two operations to correct problems. The medication was spot on and cured my problem. The operations likewise corrected the problems with only minor uncomfort afterword. Excellent diagnostician and surgeon. Will listen to your problems and come up with solutions. Highly recommend Dr. Hilz
Dr. Hilz is a good listener. He treated me with care and compassion. He listened carefully to my concerns and after my diagnosis he was open-minded in discussing my treatment and my personal needs for the future. Most importantly I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room or the examination room. It was nice to be able to get in and out of the office quickly.
The office manger is a handful- Billed us wrong - was rude!! We had our ins call her and tried to get it straight- Our ins called us back and told us that she is wrong and collecting fees illegally and was told what to do. My wife called and yelled at - I called she was rude to me- I said I will talk to the doc on my next visit. She said no you won't I am cancelling your apt. I went back and got the refund today- Manger was rude- Good thing I videoed it!!!!- INCOMPETENT..
