Exceptional service, Richard Washington came today to help out on an issue we were having, he solved it in record time! From every service tech, service/ordering scheduler, & billing staff I have had the opportunity to work with over the past 14 years have been wonderful, courteous, knowledgeable & resolved the issue we were experiencing. Thank you Hilyards for employing a wonderful group of people!
The Republican Party of Delaware is very happy with our relationship with Hilyard's. Their Customer Service and copy machine service are both terrific. Our regular Service Tech Ben, does a great job! He checks over the entire machine, does preventative maintenance all while being pleasant to our staff. He explains why problems happen and how to avoid them. We really appreciate Ben!
Matt did an excellent job setting up all of our computers. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and didn’t hesitate to go out of his way to help. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. I would highly recommend Matt every time!
