We came in last week to make a purchase cash. We used cash app for part of the transaction and was told the account selected was the right one so I proceeded with payment. Then we were told it wasn’t right the one and now I cannot get that $900 back as the dispute has been denied by both my bank and cash app. No remorse for such a mistake for a decent sum of money that I’m now just out. Not good business.
