Our vehicle broke down while on holiday, the universal joint we had installed in the drive shaft two weeks earlier failed. We called Canadian Tire as the first option, however They weren't able to get us in until the following week. Todd was called, he had us bring the vehicle in right away and to have a look. Todd and Shawn are super. Always honest and transparent. Old school shops like this are few and far between. Don't let the exterior fool you; you won't be sold items you don't need and you will be completely satisfied with the price and quality of workmanship.
I cannot imagine why anyone would give less than 5 stars to Hiltz Garage. Both Todd and Shawn are incredibly skilled and super friendly. I've been taking my vehicles to this shop for a few years now and I've no complaints at all. The shop itself is so old-school - like a garage should be. None of that super white and technical BS where the mechanic refers to himself as a "tech". These guys are true mechanics.
