Dr. Samii was amazing! I did root canal and I’m so grateful for the care I received! Dr. Samii was kind, professional, quick, and him and his team made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire procedure. What I was nervous about turned out to be a very smooth experience. Thank you for your excellent care, I highly recommend!!
Wonderful experience!! Dr. Hiltz & his staff were very accommodating and nice. I usually have high anxiety coming into dental offices due to bad experiences but I would definitely recommend a family or friend here if they ever need to see an endodontist. (:
Dr. Samii at Hiltz really is the best! I have extreme dental anxiety, but I felt very comfortable during the root canal procedure. The whole office staff is SO kind, welcoming, and helpful. 10/10 recommend!
So I called and left a voicemail. Didn’t get a call back no bigger I know they might be busy so I called again later today and apparently they aren’t open. Called the emergency number because to me, it’s an emergency I’m literally in pain(been in pain for a week!!!!) The lady Heather was not so sweet. I was told by Aetna this Endo accepted Aetna. As a backup ,I applied for CareCredit ( which also listed them as provider) abd was granted 2500. I went this am for appt and was treated very curly by receptionist, told they don't take Aetna and they don't take CareCredit. I need root canal and am in pain. I was told to look elsewhere. This receptionist clearly did not care at all about my pain. She behaved as though I was a nuisance.
