Dr. Samii at Hiltz really is the best! I have extreme dental anxiety, but I felt very comfortable during the root canal procedure. The whole office staff is SO kind, welcoming, and helpful. 10/10 recommend!
So I called and left a voicemail. Didn’t get a call back no bigger I know they might be busy so I called again later today and apparently they aren’t open. Called the emergency number because to me, it’s an emergency I’m literally in pain(been in pain for a week!!!!) The lady Heather was not so sweet. I was told by Aetna this Endo accepted Aetna. As a backup ,I applied for CareCredit ( which also listed them as provider) abd was granted 2500. I went this am for appt and was treated very curly by receptionist, told they don't take Aetna and they don't take CareCredit. I need root canal and am in pain. I was told to look elsewhere. This receptionist clearly did not care at all about my pain. She behaved as though I was a nuisance.
I had root canal three months ago, the fillings were dropped off. I called them, the receptionist made an appointment and didn’t say any changes for this visit. I came they made me to take another xray for the same teeth, and told me the fillings are temporary that I need to find another doctor to fix it. The doctor didn’t tell me the fillings were temporary before he treated my teeth. And they charged again. The receptionist’s attitude was horrible and rudeness.
