Hilton Cancun Poorest representation of Hilton brands The aesthetics are awesome when approaching. The Waldorf and Hilton looks great. Ride in smelt like the septic was full. Everyone was super nice until check-in. They made us wait 45 minutes to get into the room and we arrived at 12:10pm. We were guided to the room by a fantastic bellmen. I have never been so disappointed by a hotel experience. I booked directly through the Hilton Honors app months in advance because I trusted Hilton. The day before my stay, I called the Hampton Inn Albany–Western Avenue to confirm my reservation. I was told everything was confirmed and my reservation would remain. At no point was I told there was any issue with my payment method and I had 2 reservations at this hotel. One in June and one in July. My family will never stay at another Hilton hotel ever again. We have been loyal customers for years. Horrible company. My family and I stayed at a home2suits for a month in Knoxville TN while we were trying to transition to a house. After we left we owed a balance but we paid it up within a week and a half of leaving. We have emails and receipts showing we paid it. Even the hotel told Hilton we paid it. They have still yet to give us our points towards a free night. My husband has called them multiple times to get our point... read more
