Hilton operations are quite poor. The customer service agents I've encountered are extremely incompetent in explaining many of Hiltons policies and procedures. They place calls on hold without warning, they release calls without warning. There's zero phone etiquette. As for the hotel experience, 1 out of 7 was a good and positive experience. The other 6 were not. Especially the hampton inns, they are terrible in hotel operations. The location in Lynnwood WA, is the worst. I been a Hilton honors member a long time. People check out the Marriott. Hilton has gotten so dirty and underhanded. I was a Diamond, and because my husband became terminal I’ll, they dropped me down to a silver. They don’t care about all the years, that you have patronized them. Then on top of that if something is wrong, like roaches crawling out in the bathrooms they tell me that I may need to go stay somewhere else. I would be happy too. This is so discriminating. We have been staying at Hilton hotels for 5 years now always been good checked in last night and asked for our complimentary water and snacks and was told only for upper tier people great job corporate taking care of us regular people time to stay somewhere else
