Hilton hotels are a joke. Stay at a different hotel chain. They offered me $60 for a terrible experience at one of their hotels. It cost me $ 20 a day just to park there. Here is my original review of their hotel that I stayed at. Stay somewhere else! This place is gross. We checked in and went straight to our room to put cold food in our refrigerator. As a loyal Hilton Honors customer who recently achieved Diamond status, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with the Hilton. I was traveling to Allentown for work, and my company has a nightly hotel limit of $400. Unfortunately, I was charged $813 for a single night, more than double my company's allowable rate, due to a music festival and golf event in the area. The absolute worst customer service out there. I called 5 times ans was hung up on 5 times. The person on the phone explained to me the customers at the front desk were more important than my question as to why a week later I still haven't received my $200 dollars from them. They're rude and nasty and I dont recommend staying there. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.
