Stayed at the hilton in Jacksonville fl for a navy reunion. The first room was very bad it was very noisy and didn't get any sleep. We asked for room change and they did so but forgot some clothes that we're hanging up in the old room for 2 days we asked to get them and they were giving us excuses after excuses why they didn't get them . Needless to say we are on our way back to Michigan without them. Very poor service.
This year we were looking forward to a long vacation in Clearwater with the stop in Brunswick at the Hilton on the way, I was really surprised to see chunks at the building and Brunswick. We fell asleep excited to go to Clearwater the next day, not a terrible stay. This one is a $4000 room at the Days inn at best. I have a problem with hotel near new port right trinity Odessa,I call an get foreigners an I ask to speak to supervisor an they said to call back 3 times I did,an still could understand them, I. Will not stay at Hilton hotel,nor will anybody in my company
I dont understand the 2 star rating...theyre not even worthy of 1..DO NOT expect help from these people...theyll admit to an error and then expect you...as the customer to correct it...Corporate narcissism? Greed! Do yourself a favor and never put yourself in a position to have to deal with them... STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
My grandmother stayed at the Hilton Charlotte Uptown on July 18- July 21 with her sister. She had money in her room went for a walk came back and her cash was gone. My Grandmother and my aunt are both in their 80s and didn’t say anything out of fear of someone entering their room again. Staff here don’t seem to care and haven’t returned my call.
