As a small business owner, would never, ever treat my patients and families this way. I’ll just attach the email I sent to CNA, your insurance carrier and the managers at Highlands Curio in Dallas and Hilton HQ. I am sending you all the multiple emails when no one reached out to me to provide me an incident report or any other correspondence regarding the damage to my car. I had to reschedule 3 hilton stays the hilton representative told me he would wave 2 of the 50 dollar fees well that was a lie they still charged me for all 3 reschedule of 50 dollars so much for honesty

I recently stayed at this Hilton property in Oxford AL, and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The bed sheets were clearly not changed and had visible brown stains on them. The floors were also filthy. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel carrying the Hilton name. When I went downstairs to request that the bed be changed, I was told that there was no afternoon housekeeping available.
