Room - musty smelling, woke up with stuffy heads and sore throats. Pool - full of mustard algae, no way you could use it, looked like a swamp Shower curtain - broken, ripped looked like crap; use large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and bath wash of Crabtree & Evelyn, conditioner bottle was empty Walls - wallpaper in common area lifting, paint in rooms patched/touched up making walls look splotchy and gross Lounge - had one bartender running drinks and taking orders all by herself for over 80 people, not fair to us or her. ... read more
Called up customer service and: 1. Wouldn't take gold or crypto 2. Couldn't take off the complementary wifi 3. Charged 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS for a short 1 person stay 4. LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME 5. The motel6 down the street had better service
Hotel bar is a not to be trusted. Automatic gratuity and double charges. I was charged for our group and left. Then everyone in the group was charged individually. Be careful.

The front desk staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel valued as a guest right away. A small maintenance issue came up, but it was handled immediately—the maintenance staff was not only prompt but also incredibly respectful and kind, which I especially appreciated as a woman traveling alone.
