PHENOMENAL customer service. The insurance company sucked and it took 2 months to pay out. Hilton Tire and Muffler communicated with me, let me know how long the service would take, once the insurance paid, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. 10/10 Would recommend!!
Hilton Auto is the BEST! on Christmas day 12-25-2025 my daughter, her boyfriend, 3 teenagers, and their dog broke down in New Boston, TX while driving 7 hrs back home to Arkansas. We got a tow truck from MotorTow Wrecker--which are also the BEST! and they helped get my daughter's family to a hotel and the SUV to Hilton Auto. I get my oil changed here the guys are fast and efficient. He even washed my front window ,and filled the washer fluid. Not a bad price.
