First time using Hilton was this past Friday, and I must say, Kevin is one of the most down to earth people that I've met. They installed a 2" leveling kit, gave me an alignment, installed my new tires, and even synced my TPMS sensors to my truck. I couldn't have asked them to do a better job, and the office manager is a hoot! I strongly suggest anyone who is needing automotive work done, to go see Kevin at Hiltons tire and muffler.

PHENOMENAL customer service. The insurance company sucked and it took 2 months to pay out. Hilton Tire and Muffler communicated with me, let me know how long the service would take, once the insurance paid, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. 10/10 Would recommend!!
Hilton Auto is the BEST! on Christmas day 12-25-2025 my daughter, her boyfriend, 3 teenagers, and their dog broke down in New Boston, TX while driving 7 hrs back home to Arkansas. We got a tow truck from MotorTow Wrecker--which are also the BEST! and they helped get my daughter's family to a hotel and the SUV to Hilton Auto.
