This hotel is a disaster. In the entire hotel, they can only have the heat or AC on due to its old piping. This may not be an issue in the summer or winter, but in the fall, there is quite a bit of variability in temperature. My room was 76 degrees and they had no options to turn the AC on. They offered a fan and then could not find one for me. The manager was supposed to call me the next day, since I checked out early. No one called. Overall, the hotel is dated and a bit dingy. It's basically a great spot if you're dealing with the airport or the convention center. The location is unbeatable for O'Hare or a quick Rosemont business trip. they've got the free shuttle and it's right by all the Rosemont entertainment stuff. It’s exactly what you need in an airport hotel: clean, comfy, and easy access. Can't go wrong. Just 10 mins walk to train station. 45 mins ride to downtown.

Great location, clean premises, courteous front desk and housekeeping staff. Easy to get an uber from this location; keep in mind their hotel shuttle doesn’t start operating until 5AM. Clean rooms (room 317) and it was very quiet, was able to sleep well and can depend on the wake-up calls set by the hotel. Love the Hilton Concierge texting feature - makes it so easy to get in touch without it feeling completely like you’re just talking to a robot.
